B – The Covenant Heart

From the Torah to the teachings of Yeshua and the writings of the apostles, Scripture speaks of the “inner man” not as a Greek-style invisible soul, but as the heart-tent. In this inner chamber, Yahweh inscribes His covenant, breathes His life, and searches the hidden places. It is the true center of allegiance, the sanctuary within where His word takes root, His lamp searches, and His Spirit flows like living water. Yeshua turns hearts from outer performance to this interior dwelling, calling His followers to plow the inner soil, guard the spring, and pray in the secret place. The apostles echo this, describing the inner person as strengthened, renewed, and shaped into the Messiah’s likeness – a tent whose poles are firmly rooted from within. Across the entire biblical story, Yahweh’s desire remains constant: a people whose inner being becomes His dwelling.
