Listen to our playlist devoted to exploring Paul’s letter to the Galatians, one of the most passionate defenses of freedom in Messiah Yeshua. In Galatians, Paul speaks like a father protecting his children: warning against returning to slavery under Torah’s yoke, reminding us that we are heirs through the Messiah, and urging us to walk in the Spirit’s freedom. Each episode follows our three-part commentary style: (1) Verse-by-Verse direct text in English from the Textus Receptus, (2) Rendering in Ancient Hebrew Thought retelling it through concrete Hebrew thought patterns and symbols, (3) Imagery Notes giving background on the cultural and/or linguistic imagery – using the concrete language of family, fields, tents, and covenant loyalty to bring the text alive. We also include a Continuous Narrative Rendering – smoothing Paul’s letter into a flowing, spoken form, as though read aloud by the fire, just as the first believers would have heard it together.
